Raised in Monterey Bay, Zack has always had a deep appreciation for the land and the natural beauty of the California coast. In 2021, he turned that passion into purpose by founding Red Spade Land Management— a company built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to quality. With a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail, Zack takes pride in helping clients care for and transform their outdoor spaces. On his days off, Zack enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his family.

Jacinto has been a proud member of the Seaside community for over 20 years. As the heart of Red Spade Land Management, his dedication and work ethic set the standard for our team. Outside of work, Jacinto enjoys spending time with his wife and eight-year-old son and lending a hand to neighbors on various projects. With a diverse background across multiple industries—including exceptional culinary skills—Jacinto brings a wide range of talents to our company. His reliability, positive attitude, and integrity truly set Red Spade apart. We are deeply grateful to have him on our team.
